These terms apply when you book a collection or send a parcel with World Express Services (“WES”, “we”).
2. Booking and collection
A booking is a request. We confirm the collection time, price and service with you before your parcel leaves Sri Lanka.
3. Prices and payment
Online prices are estimates. The final price is based on the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, and is paid at collection.
4. What you may not send
Dangerous goods, illegal items and anything restricted by the destination country may not be sent. You are responsible for declaring the contents accurately.
5. Customs, duties and delays
Duties and taxes charged by the destination country are payable by the receiver unless agreed otherwise. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs and events outside our control.
6. Liability and claims
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in our Claims Policy.
