How do I book a pickup?

Use “Send a Parcel” or call us. Tell us the address and a convenient time, and we collect from your home or workplace.

How is the price worked out?

By destination and weight. For light but bulky items, the size of the box (volumetric weight) may be used instead. The estimator gives a guide; we confirm the final price before sending.

What can’t I send?

Dangerous goods, flammables, cash, and items restricted by the destination country. Rules differ by country, so ask us before packing if you are unsure.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the destination and customs. The estimator shows a typical range for each country.

My country is not listed. Can you still ship?

Very likely, yes. We send to many more countries than are listed here — contact us for a quote.

How do I track my parcel?

Enter the bill number from your receipt on the tracking page, or send it to us on WhatsApp.
